Florida Bound ... Again!

Frantic packing to get ourselves ready to get down to Florida in anticipation of Monday.

I have a final brief to complete but I am more concerned on the recent developments regarding the admission Florida did not have jurisdiction at the time of the Hague Convention hearing in London which wrongly sent Emily to Florida.

Of necessity things will have to be quiet for a while as London talks to Washington DC and meanwhile I have business in Florida.

We are Moving!

EmilyRoseHindle Blog has been going for several years as I've had to come to terms with my little girl's personal situation.

Over 50,000 visitors is no mean feat for what started out as an experiment in catharsis; an effort to gain relief from the constant torture of separation and anxiety over Emily Rose and the simply appalling and barbaric treatment meted out to her.

Technology has moved on and so has my experience with it, so I am moving the blog to a dedicated website which will be found at:

Until then, I'll be leaving this blog up for reference.
